Amy founded her business in 2024 after learning how to build teams that could keep things running - without her having to do it all herself.Through years of trial, error, and leadership lessons learned the hard way, she figured out how to create continuity, ownership, and real freedom as a leader.She’s led teams that took ownership and kept the business moving whether she was in the office or away.Now, she helps founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners do the same by sharing what worked for her and providing structure and accountability to make it happen.Before starting her business, Amy built a career as an attorney and corporate leader, where she learned how to think critically, lead under pressure, encourage others, and bring out the best in people.Her experiences living abroad in Switzerland, China, and France and serving as a public defender strengthened her ability to adapt, handle uncertainty, and make sound decisions in unfamiliar situations.Amy’s philosophy is rooted in faith, resilience, and what she calls “Baby Bird Steps” - breaking things into manageable parts to keep momentum moving forward.Known for her approachable style, she simplifies complex issues and offers practical solutions that stick.Outside of work, Amy enjoys running, walking, reading, cooking, and time with her husband and their miniature Australian shepherd.
